About the role
- Edit entertaining YouTube videos using stock footage, voiceovers, and scripts (provided by us).
- Apply engaging edits: dynamic transitions, text animations, strong pacing, and background music.
- Integrate a provided avatar character throughout the video — use the avatar creatively to speak to the audience, interact with content, or appear in fun, animated moments.
- Deliver final videos via Google Drive and manage tasks through Monday.com.
- Work with your preferred software: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
Requirements
- Must be available for full-time work (approximately 40 hours/week).
- Able to consistently deliver 2–3 high-quality videos per week, depending on video length and complexity.
- Comfortable working with:
- - Voiceovers and pre-written scripts
- - Licensed stock footage
- - Text overlays, transitions, and motion graphics
- - Sound design and music pacing
- Strong understanding of YouTube content strategy (CTR, retention, pacing).
- Ability to work in a collaborative remote environment using Monday.com and Google Drive.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience or willingness to learn avatar-based editing and integration.
- Detail-oriented, creative, reliable, and a great communicator who enjoys working with a fun and fast-moving team.

- Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.

You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
