Manage, administer, and develop Microsoft 365 solutions and learning management systems (LMS)
Contribute to the availability, performance, and security of technology solutions
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot systems
Ensure integration of CSI applications with existing systems
Document processes and procedures

Requirements

Two-year post-secondary diploma or equivalent in Computer Technology or a related field
Minimum of five years of relevant experience
Experience in systems analysis and development
Experience in requirements and performance analysis
Experience in application integration and security and compliance risk analysis
Experience in web application programming or equivalent (Blazor, React, CSS, XML, JavaScript, PowerShell, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#.NET)
Experience maintaining management information systems (MIS)
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server environments, Microsoft Exchange Server, and Microsoft CRM
