Product Designer

• Own and elevate end-to-end user experiences across CoLearn’s core products (App & Web), including Live Class, Practice, and Tutor Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape product strategy, priorities, and roadmap decisions
• Lead problem discovery through user research, usability testing, and data-informed insights
• Translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear, scalable, and intuitive design solutions
• Maintain and improve design system components including buttons, form fields, navigation, data visualizations, and all reusable UI elements
• Deliver high-quality UX and UI—from low- to high-fidelity—while setting a strong bar for craft and consistency
• Utilize data and experimentation to validate decisions and assess their impact
• Collaborate with a global, cross-functional team and influence design quality beyond your immediate work.
