About the role
- Own and elevate end-to-end user experiences across CoLearn’s core products (App & Web), including Live Class, Practice, and Tutor Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape product strategy, priorities, and roadmap decisions
- Lead problem discovery through user research, usability testing, and data-informed insights
- Translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear, scalable, and intuitive design solutions
- Maintain and improve design system components including buttons, form fields, navigation, data visualizations, and all reusable UI elements
- Deliver high-quality UX and UI—from low- to high-fidelity—while setting a strong bar for craft and consistency
- Utilize data and experimentation to validate decisions and assess their impact
- Collaborate with a global, cross-functional team and influence design quality beyond your immediate work.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience as a Product Designer with strong end-to-end ownership.
- A compelling UX/UI portfolio that shows clear thinking, problem-solving, and outcomes.
- Proficient in design principles and best practices, including typography, Web/Mobile UI, color schemes, layout, and iconography.
- Proficient in Figma, including variants, auto-layout, and component libraries
- Proficient in Adobe tools including Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effect or similar tools is a big plus
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and driving clarity forward.
- Strong communication skills—confident in your decisions, open to feedback.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and thoughtful about documentation and systems.
- Data- and user-obsessed, with a bias toward impact over polish.
