About the role
- Perform quantitative analyses to assist Compensation Leadership with key projects
Conduct benchmarking to develop job families and pay targets, supporting job architecture and business growth
Contribute to the research, design, and administration of compensation programs
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices by conducting research
Collaborate with Talent and People Operations teams to optimize processes
Develop and maintain tools to enhance efficiency of programs
Requirements
- 2+ years experience on Compensation teams
Experience with job analysis, benchmarking, and market pricing. Experience with Radford and McLagan is a plus.
Ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights
Comfort working in a ultra fast paced environment
