About the role

  • Analyze enablement program data (e.g., learning plan completion, certification/test performance, participation) and summarize trends to support program decisions.
  • Support dashboard development and enhancement for Enablement reporting, including cohort-based views that help leaders understand outcomes tied to enablement engagement (e.g., productivity/performance measures by enablement completion criteria).
  • Contribute analysis that connects certification activity and scores to business outcomes—helping Enablement and Sales Leadership identify where additional coaching tools or assessments may be needed.
  • Build recurring, easy-to-consume reporting that supports enablement cadence planning (e.g., monthly enablement rhythm, learning/certification milestones).
  • Help document metric definitions and data assumptions so reporting is consistent and trusted across stakeholders.
  • Convert analyses into clear narratives and visuals that are actionable for Enablement leaders and partners (Product, Marketing, Ops).

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field AND graduating no earlier than Dec 2026
  • Experience and comfort working with large datasets
  • Ability to build clear, accurate reporting and communicate insights to non-technical audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to document assumptions/definitions to improve trust in metrics
