  • lead partner profitability strategy and messaging

  • own and refine the Partner Experience Lifecycle

  • manage global partner listening programs
  • measure success using NPS, Share of Wallet, and Share of Voice

Requirements

  • 15+ years of channel experience
  • 10+ years managing cross-functional, multi-stakeholder programs
  • deep expertise in partner business models, partner profitability, and global channel operations
  • proven ability to lead through influence
  • strong track record of data-driven insights and successful change management
  • experience designing, launching, and optimizing PRM platforms
  • exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
