- lead partner profitability strategy and messaging
- serve as a trusted advisor and cross-functional leader
- orchestrate change management driven by partner insights
- amplify partner relevance and ensure partner needs are incorporated
- drive alignment between Corporate Marketing and Partner Marketing
- own and refine the Partner Experience Lifecycle
- lead the global strategy for the Cohesity Partner Portal/PRM
- define and prioritize AI-driven partner experience capabilities
- manage global partner listening programs
- measure success using NPS, Share of Wallet, and Share of Voice
Requirements
- 15+ years of channel experience
- 10+ years managing cross-functional, multi-stakeholder programs
- deep expertise in partner business models, partner profitability, and global channel operations
- proven ability to lead through influence
- strong track record of data-driven insights and successful change management
- experience designing, launching, and optimizing PRM platforms
- exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
