About the role

  • Drive customer satisfaction by delivering flawless service and maintaining an accurate forecast.
  • Collaborate with our extensive network of channel partners to generate revenue and successfully sell the Cohesity solution.
  • Develop and lead a robust sales pipeline, navigating a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process.
  • Showcase your expertise in prospecting by consistently penetrating accounts, reaching decision-makers, and closing business.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for your designated area, striving to surpass sales targets by actively seeking, evaluating, guiding, and finalizing sales prospects.
  • Build a compelling case for the Cohesity hyper-converged infrastructure solution, presenting proposals to customers that clearly demonstrate its ability to meet their business objectives.
  • Drive account strategies and collaborate with partners to close business on a quarterly and annual basis.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of success in a customer-facing sales role, with at least 7 years of experience proposing enterprise solutions at all levels of a customer organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell into Enterprise accounts in the region, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this domain.
  • Experience engaging with customers and technology partners, encouraging positive relationships and driving successful outcomes.
  • Comfort working with multiple decision-makers to drive proposals and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, both in technical and business contexts, allowing you to confidently deliver compelling messages to small and large groups.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling you to effectively connect with colleagues and customers.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work remotely and autonomously, taking ownership of your work and driving results.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
