• Build, automate, and maintain advanced dashboards, scorecards, and KPI frameworks that support executive decision‑making and long‑range planning.
• Partner with category managers, sourcing leads, and finance to develop data‑driven insights for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Supplier Business Reviews (SBRs), and executive leadership forums.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting accuracy, and analytical rigor across the supply chain organization.

Supply Chain Operations Analyst

Architect

• Build and maintain deep technical relationships with key customers, including hyperscalers and system companies
• Engage with customers’ senior technical leaders to understand system architectures, requirements, and roadmaps
• Present Coherent’s corporate-wide technology roadmap to customers and identify new opportunities using technology as a driver for long-term engagement

• Lead and execute special projects aligned with the CSCO’s priorities, including supply chain transformation, capacity expansion, cost optimization, digitalization, and resilience planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CSCO, translating strategic vision into executable plans, synthesizing insights, and supporting executive-level decision-making.

Mechanical Engineer

• Design and tapeout silicon photonic integrated circuits (PICs) including integrated coherent receivers and integrated coherent transmitter PICs.
• Design and prepare PIC layouts using industry-standard PIC design flows including: Synopsys OptoCompiler, Cadence Virtuoso-based photonic design flows.
• Implement parametric layout cells (PCells) and scripted layout generation to support scalable photonic circuit design.
• Develop and simulate passive photonic components.
• Model and simulate active photonic devices.
• Perform electromagnetic, optical, and electrical simulations using tools such as: Lumerical (FDTD, MODE, DEVICE, INTERCONNECT), CST Microwave Studio, HFSS, Tidy3D, ADS.

Senior Silicon Photonics Design Engineer

Program Manager

• Drive cross-functional execution of critical actions and milestones resulting from the global S&OP process.
• Ensure alignment between demand commitments, supply constraints, and operational recovery plans.

Technical Program Manager

• Lead technical engagement with Microsoft architecture, networking, qualification, and sourcing teams to align product configuration, performance targets, telemetry needs, and sample plans.
• Drive readiness before customer shipment by coordinating demo hardware or EVB, reference firmware, interoperability coverage, tolerance testing, corner-condition calibration, and proactive system-level verification.
• Own cross-functional issue resolution for firmware and system integration, CMIS interpretation, power and thermal limits, optical performance, telemetry, and manufacturing issues; ensure fast response and closure plans.

• Lead the testing of new PICs, providing test summaries while maintaining data traceability.
• Lead the configuration, setup, and qualification of test systems for silicon photonic ICs, including optical and electrical characterization platforms.
• Perform hands-on debugging and root cause analysis for test anomalies, and data inconsistencies.
