Key responsibilities & impact

Drive cross-functional execution of critical actions and milestones resulting from the global S&OP process.
Ensure alignment between demand commitments, supply constraints, and operational recovery plans.
Monitor progress against agreed actions and escalate risks or slippage.
Develop and maintain integrated milestone trackers tied to revenue, capacity, customer ramps, and supply recovery initiatives.
Ensure critical dependencies across regions and functions are visible and managed.
Identify execution risks early and quantify impact to support mitigation planning.
Prepare concise, executive-ready summaries highlighting status, key risks, and revenue impacts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 12 years in supply chain, operations, or program management within a global manufacturing environment.
Strong program management experience driving milestone-based execution.
Experience working with Asia-based manufacturing operations.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Strong executive communication and structured reporting skills.
Advanced Excel and reporting proficiency.
Experience in transceiver, optical, semiconductor, or high-tech manufacturing (preferred).
PMP certification or equivalent structured program management training (preferred).
Experience supporting VP/Executive-level business reviews (preferred).
