About the role

  • Collaborate with partner leadership and cross-functional stakeholders globally to develop partner strategy and resource plans.
  • Develop and lead critical strategic projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the partner organization.
  • Own source of truth partner performance dashboards, analytics and lead conflict management activities in partner and internal tools and systems.
  • Partner with enablement teams to build out scaled partner enablement infrastructure.
  • Identify and establish key relationships with select partner companies and drive initiatives including partner events & conferences, sales campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in consulting, go-to-market and partnership roles
  • 2+ years of external client-facing work experience
  • Experience developing and executing integrated GTM strategies to unlock growth.
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, enterprise technology business models and go-to-market strategies.
  • Superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience engaging with executive senior leadership in a constructive and collaborative manner.
  • Ability to work in a cross functional manner across sales, technical teams, product and management.
  • A strong sense of ownership. Self-motivated and self-directed.
