About the role
- Assist in preparing presentations and demos: create tailored demos, presentations, and product demonstrations for prospective clients
- Support Sales/Presales Process: RFP/RFQ submission documentation process and control
- Technical Support for Proposals: develop and customize technical proposals, gather requirements and craft solutions
- Market research: conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify business opportunities
- Record Keeping: maintain records and periodic reporting of opportunities, CRM portal and related documents
- Create technical documentation and collateral for internal knowledge-building and client engagement activities
Requirements
- Fresh graduates with a degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Pass-out year 2024 or 2025)
- Previous experience through academic projects or internships in sales, marketing, or customer service
- Interest in pursuing a career in sales or business development in customer-facing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI
- Basic understanding of business processes, technology solutions, and customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Onsite role (Gurgaon, India)
