Lead our portfolio of events and collaborate with other go-to-market team members to increase awareness, build community, and fuel new revenue opportunities.
Manage full event lifecycle and experiences from planning, budgeting, to post-event analysis including but not limited to virtual roundtables, conferences and in-person meetups.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to determine event scope and ensure all teams are aligned on the event plan, objectives, and event logistics.
Conduct retrospectives after each event to analyze performance, identify what worked, and what to improve upon.
Handle post-event nurture, lead generation and handoff and regularly report on event ROI with the support of the Demand Generation Manager.
Research, source, and create memorable marketing materials that will be used to showcase.
Delivering Cognota’s brand at events, including booths, pop-up banners, swag, and printed materials.
Create and implement marketing strategies with partners to achieve objectives like revenue growth, increased market share, and enhanced brand visibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer success, and product to develop and execute partner marketing strategies and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem developments to identify new marketing opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with partners by understanding their goals and resources, and ensuring consistent communication.
Develop and provide partners with marketing collateral such as presentations, brochures, whitepapers, and case studies, and co-create content for joint promotions.
Manage the budget allocated to partner programs, ensuring funds are used efficiently and effectively.
Organize and support joint events, trade shows, webinars, and meetups to promote products and connect with potential customers.
Requirements
5 -7 years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency in Asana, Hubspot, Salesforce and Zoom Webinars is preferred
Detail-orientated and proven organizational abilities.
Ability to effectively prioritize changing requirements, projects, and initiatives
Strong organizational and event coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure, maintaining accuracy and quality.
Collaborative and team-oriented with a positive attitude, sense of humor, and resilience.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
