About the role
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing enterprise customers
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships
- Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Own and manage a pipeline of upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Articulate the business value of our technology solutions
- Collaborate on account planning with Customer Success
- Work closely with Sales leadership and Customer Success to align growth strategy
Requirements
- 7+ years in enterprise sales or account management
- Demonstrated success with large, complex organizations
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot)
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
- Flexibility to travel as required
- Fully Remote
