About the role
- Perform end-to-end US accounting activities, including: Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger (GL) accounting, Profit & Loss (P&L) review and analysis
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close activities
- Work closely with US clients to resolve accounting queries and discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with US accounting standards and company policies
- Prepare financial reports and support audits when required
- Identify process improvements and support team mentoring when needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in US accounting
- Strong process knowledge in US Accounting and good team handling skills.
- Managed a team of 10-12 processors
- Worked for US clients
- Strong knowledge of: Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, P&L statements
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently during night shift
