About the role

  • Develop new features and forms in ServiceNow according to best practices for creating UI policies, service catalog items, ACLs, business rules, workflows, and notifications;
  • Provide support for fixes or minor improvements that arise in the Employee Portal;
  • Develop automations and integrations with other platforms based on processes implemented in ServiceNow;
  • Implement automated tests within the platform;
  • Document changes made in the instances.

Requirements

  • Experience developing on ServiceNow (App Engine);
  • Knowledge of JavaScript;
  • Ability to work independently on projects and development tasks;
  • Experience leading projects through analysis and problem-solving;
  • Ability to identify and question gaps in architecture and the development process;
  • Proactive in proposing creative solutions to processes, following platform best practices and considering fundamental principles of performance, scalability, security, availability, and reliability of services;
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • DESIRABLE / DIFFERENTIAL
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA);
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD);
  • Micro-certifications.
