About the role
- Lead the financial planning process (budget and forecast) with a focus on costs and operating expenses.
- Develop variance analyses (actual vs. budget), identifying risks, opportunities and recommending action plans.
- Monitor fixed and variable costs, ensuring visibility, control and alignment with business areas.
- Prepare management reports and executive presentations for the board and senior leadership.
- Implement performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Act as a business partner to the areas, challenging assumptions and contributing to efficiency in resource allocation.
- Coordinate and develop the FP&A team, ensuring quality of deliverables and technical growth of the team.
- Participate in strategic projects for cost optimization, digital transformation and continuous improvement of financial processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields.
- Proven experience in FP&A, Controllership or Financial Planning, with a focus on costs and expenses.
- Proficiency in ERP (SAP – Controlling/FI-CO modules).
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling.
- Experience with BI tools for automated analyses.
- Advanced knowledge of corporate finance, managerial accounting and performance metrics.
- Experience managing teams and leading planning processes.
- Analytical, results-oriented profile, with excellent communication and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Preferred: Experience with planning and consolidation systems (Hyperion).
