About the role
- The cogify group is a Swiss technology company providing software development, IT consulting and digital transformation solutions across various industries.
- You are responsible for the early stages of the sales cycle: generating leads, delivering tailored presentations, and conducting initial client conversations.
- You will support follow-up meetings together with Senior Consultants (shadowing) and actively drive opportunities forward.
- You shape the customer's first impression: understand client needs, map them to our consulting and software solutions, and work with our delivery teams to develop appropriate proposals.
Requirements
- Background in IT, software or digital services (education or professional experience).
- Confident communication at decision-maker level; you turn conversations into concrete opportunities.
- German at native level; very good command of English.
- Strong written skills for proposals, presentations and LinkedIn content.
- Switzerland as home base, with regular travel nationally and internationally to events and client meetings.
- Motivated, proactive and interested in developing your business development career in consulting and IT.
