About the role
- Support property management experts in deploying their new industry-specific software solution.
- Project management, software training, and client follow-up.
- Conduct functional analysis, configure business requirements within the application, train users, produce product documentation, and provide user support.
- Lead meetings and manage client follow-up at every stage of the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Higher education degree (BTS in Real Estate Professions or Accounting and Management).
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a property accountant in the syndic/condominium sector.
- Interest in IT processes, instructional training, and knowledge sharing.
