About the role

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of SME and mid-market clients, conducting prospecting and business development activities.
  • Analyze clients' IT needs and design tailored solutions (networks, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity) in collaboration with technical and pre-sales teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prepare commercial proposals, negotiate and follow projects through to implementation.
  • Drive account growth and retention with a focus on long-term partnership development.

Requirements

  • Higher education in a commercial or technical field (Bachelor's to Master's degree or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B business development within IT (IT services company, systems integrator, digital services or infrastructure provider).
  • Solid understanding of IT environments: networks, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
