About the role

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
  • Identify and target key decision-makers within US-based companies
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Utilize tools (e.g., Apollo, CRM systems) to source and manage leads
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably targeting the US market
  • Experience in legal sales is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a neutral or American accent
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling and effectively handling objections
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently during US business hours
