About the role
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Identify and target key decision-makers within US-based companies
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Utilize tools (e.g., Apollo, CRM systems) to source and manage leads
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked)
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably targeting the US market
- Experience in legal sales is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a neutral or American accent
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling and effectively handling objections
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently during US business hours
