Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of QA experience with strong expertise in manual testing.
Proficient in test planning, test case design, and defect management.
Strong background in performance, load, and security testing for transaction-heavy systems.
Skilled in using JIRA, TestRail and Git tools for QA processes.
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management.
Proven ability to mentor junior QA engineers and lead quality initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Willingness to provide on-standby support for production issues.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with GitLab CI, MongoDB; Extensive knowledge of API testing approaches; Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process; Paytech experience; Self-starter and process-oriented mindset.
