About the role

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineers (Mobile, Frontend, Backend), QA, Data, AI, and other technical profiles.
  • Conduct in-depth technical interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and problem-solving approach in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Translate technical requirements into clear, compelling job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
  • Proactively source technical talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-hire technical roles, anticipating future hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities and hiring plans.
  • Act as a trusted recruiting partner to Engineering and Product leaders, advising on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies.
  • Drive structured hiring processes, including interview design, interviewer calibration, and decision-making alignment.
  • Ensure timely feedback loops and a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle through the ATS (Lever), ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance.
  • Use recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and outcomes.
  • Contribute to scaling recruiting processes to support rapid growth without compromising quality.
  • Represent Codeway in the technical talent market, communicating our culture, products, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Brand and HR on technical employer branding initiatives, events, and referrals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on technical recruiting.
  • Proven experience hiring for engineering and technical roles in fast-growing or product-driven companies.
  • Solid understanding of technical profiles, stacks, and development methodologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with advanced search techniques and talent platforms.
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional European language is a strong advantage.
