Marketing Artist – Motion Designer

Recruitment

• Manage and improve the hiring process using Lever or another ATS.
• Maintain structured workflows, templates, pipelines, and automation rules.

Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

Data Analyst

• Use Looker as the primary Business Intelligence tool to analyze large-scale datasets and translate both product and marketing data into clear, actionable insights using LookML.
• Support ad-hoc analyses, debugging, and data investigations related to user behavior, monetization, user acquisition, and attribution, working with BigQuery, Looker, and Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to analyze campaign performance, costs, ROAS, and attribution logic, and support decision-making for budget allocation and growth strategies.
• Work closely with Product teams to monitor and evaluate monetization, feature and funnel A/B tests, ensuring data consistency and reliable measurement.

Designer

• Design & Develop Spanish Learning Content: Create lesson structures, guided conversations, exercises, and interactive activities for Spanish learners, ensuring content is pedagogically sound, level appropriate, and engaging.
• Structure Learning Flows: Design and sequence lessons, learning logic, conversation modules, and role-play scenarios to optimize learner engagement, retention, and progression across different proficiency levels.
• Iterate & Improve with Data & Testing: Continuously test learning flows and content effectiveness. Analyze learner behavior and feedback, and iterate on prompts while collaborating with the AI product engineering team to refine and improve the overall experience.
• Support New Features & Contents: Work closely with product managers and designers to develop Spanish content for new app features, ensuring Spanish experiences integrate smoothly into the overall UX and product vision.
• Apply Language Teaching Methodologies: Leverage modern language teaching approaches such as Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), Task-Based Learning (TBL), and interaction-focused methodologies to create effective Spanish learning experiences.

Spanish Language Learning Designer

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineers (Mobile, Frontend, Backend), QA, Data, AI, and other technical profiles.
• Conduct in-depth technical interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and problem-solving approach in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Translate technical requirements into clear, compelling job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source technical talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-hire technical roles, anticipating future hiring needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities and hiring plans.

• Translate text elements, replace voiceovers, and update visual assets as needed while maintaining high-quality output.
