Social Media Manager

• Lead Codeway's social presence. Run LinkedIn and Instagram day to day, with TikTok opening up as we grow. You shape what goes out and keep the feed consistent, alive, and unmistakably Codeway, in the direction we set together.
• Turn the company into content. A new hire's story, a moment from the office, the launch of a career program, a role we're hiring for. Work closely with the people who run our events, culture, and employee experience, and turn what they create into content that travels.
• Make people want in. A lot of what we make exists to bring great people to Codeway. Hiring posts, recruitment campaigns, employer-brand storytelling across our channels, organic and paid. You make the kind of content that makes the right people want to be part of this.
• Drive content from idea to live. Decide what's worth making, brief and direct your copywriter, videographer, and motion designer, and keep the work moving to publish. You live mostly in concept and direction, but when something needs your hands, you get them dirty.
• Keep the conversation going. Stay on top of comments, messages, and the life of each post. Engagement is where a lot of employer brand actually happens, and you make sure we show up there too.
• Read the moment, and what worked. Stay close to what's landing right now, especially in tech, and why. Spot formats and trends early, bring them to us before they peak, and read what worked last time to sharpen what comes next.

• Design across every brand touchpoint. Wherever Codeway shows up, your work helps shape it. From social content for Codeway and our vertical brands, to event design down to the smallest printed detail, to website visuals, branded merch, and presentations. Whatever the format, you own the quality from brief to final output.
• Bring craft to everything you ship. Typography, composition, colour, hierarchy, and attention to detail are at the core of great design. A sharp eye for visual consistency across every touchpoint is essential to creating a cohesive brand experience.
• Move across many things at once. Move comfortably between projects. You’ll often balance multiple priorities at once. Staying organised, managing your time effectively, and maintaining a high standard of quality across everything you do is an important part of the role.
• Work until it works. Iterate until it lands. Great work rarely happens in a single pass. We value designers who can explore, refine, and push ideas further until they achieve the clarity, quality, and impact the work deserves.
• Use AI to push further and faster. From exploring visual directions quickly to accelerating production workflows. Stay ahead of what's possible and apply it where it matters.
• Trust your eye and speak up. Briefs matter here, and you'll own yours fully. But we value designers who don't stop there: who challenge assumptions, contribute ideas, and help shape the work rather than just execute it. When you see a better angle or a moment worth jumping on, bring it to the table. The best work here often starts that way.

• Developing playbooks for managing platform risk across 60+ apps on shared publisher accounts.
• Building a durable privacy infrastructure: consent flows, data requests, breach protocols, cookie policy.
• Designing the legal operating model - how decisions get made, how risk is assessed, how external counsel is deployed.
