Sales Development Rep

• Make the first contact with inbound leads, identifying pain points and business opportunities;
• Qualify and nurture leads according to commercial criteria, ensuring pipeline quality;
• Conduct strategic follow-ups to re-engage opportunities that were not converted;
• Organize and balance closers' schedules, ensuring lead attendance;
• Monitor conversion metrics and propose improvements to the pre-sales process;
• Keep RD Station up to date and participate in alignment and performance meetings.
