About the role
- Make the first contact with inbound leads, identifying pain points and business opportunities;
- Qualify and nurture leads according to commercial criteria, ensuring pipeline quality;
- Conduct strategic follow-ups to re-engage opportunities that were not converted;
- Organize and balance closers' schedules, ensuring lead attendance;
- Monitor conversion metrics and propose improvements to the pre-sales process;
- Keep RD Station up to date and participate in alignment and performance meetings.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as an SDR or in pre-sales;
- Experience with high-ticket sales;
- Proficiency in BANT and SPIN methodologies;
- Experience with RD Station (desired);
- Experience in the IT market is a plus.
