About the role
- Own the renewals process and maintain strong renewal playbooks.
- Manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of customers.
- Forecast renewals accurately and develop retention strategies.
- Drive renewal conversations and timely contract execution.
- Ensure clean handoffs among Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
- Develop analytics and insights to identify retention and expansion signals.
- Build and refine renewal dashboards, reporting, and KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Renewals, Customer Success, Account Management, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or developer tools company.
- Experience managing contract renewals and subscription revenue.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets.
- Demonstrated excellence in launching and building scalable processes.
- Data-driven and comfortable working with forecasting and revenue metrics.
- Familiarity with developer tools or technical products is a strong plus.
