About the role
- Ensure customers attain their desired outcomes using our product or service
- Act as an essential bridge between our company and its customers
- Conduct legal research
- Draft legal documents
- Offer support on legal matters
- Support customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform
- Receive and handle requests from users about services offered and Codekeeper account management
- Work with leads who have questions about the service, guiding them via email and website chat
- Draft reports based on customer-provided information
Requirements
- Familiarity with LegalTech concepts is crucial for success in this role
- Prior experience in customer success or similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents
- Exposure to working with diverse companies of varying sizes and industries
