About the role
- Work with department leads to translate company goals into clear projects and action items.
- Help prioritize initiatives and ensure teams stay aligned on the highest-impact work.
- Support quarterly and annual planning by gathering input, documenting plans, and tracking commitments.
- Track workloads across departments and flag gaps, bottlenecks, or under-utilization.
- Recommend adjustments to resources and priorities when risks or conflicts arise.
- Provide leadership with a clear view of capacity and tradeoffs.
- Manage day-to-day execution of cross-department projects and initiatives.
- Keep stakeholders aligned, remove blockers, and follow up on deadlines.
- Anticipate risks and propose solutions before they impact delivery.
- Build dashboards and reports that show progress, resource use, and outcomes.
- Share insights and recommendations that help leadership make smarter decisions in real time.
- Identify process improvements that make it easier for teams to scale and execute.
- Facilitate internal communication so teams are clear on priorities and responsibilities.
- Bring a do-er mindset: jumping in to solve problems directly when speed is critical.
Requirements
- 8+ years in operations, program/project management, or cross-functional support roles (cybersecurity or SaaS startup experience a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating across multiple teams.
- Proven ability to think strategically while still executing tactically.
- Effective communicator who can influence across teams without formal authority.
- Action-oriented and dependable; thrives on execution, problem-solving, and driving impact.
