About the role
- Conduct acquisition calls and perform initial qualification of potential new clients (not cold calling, but calls with existing leads).
- Generate interest and enthusiasm among potential clients for our advisory services.
- Record and qualify client mandate inquiries.
- Maintain client records in our digital system.
- Work closely with our team of attorneys.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working on the phone.
- Experience in telephone customer support, sales, or client acquisition.
- Confident and persuasive telephone manner, combined with empathy.
- Reliable, structured, and independent working style.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Positive attitude toward providing legal advice and representing people with a migration background.
- Interest in working in a highly digitized Legal Tech law firm.
- Ideally, a completed university degree.
