About the role
- Conduct acquisition calls and perform initial qualification of potential new clients (not cold calling — calls are made with existing leads).
- Generate interest among potential clients for our advisory services.
- Record and qualify incoming client inquiries.
- Maintain client records in our digital system.
- Work closely with our team of lawyers.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of phone-based work.
- Experience in telephone customer support, sales, or client acquisition.
- Confident and persuasive phone manner combined with empathy.
- Reliable, structured, and independent working style.
- Very good written and spoken German skills.
- Positive commitment to legal counseling and representation of people with a migration background.
- Interest in working in a highly digitized Legal Tech law firm.
- Ideally, a completed university degree.
