About the role
- Conduct acquisition calls and perform initial qualification of potential new clients (no cold calling; calls are made to existing leads).
- Generate enthusiasm among prospective clients for our advisory services.
- Capture and qualify client engagement inquiries.
- Maintain client data in our digital system.
- Work closely with our team of attorneys.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of telephone-based work.
- Experience in telephone customer support, sales, or client acquisition.
- Confident and persuasive telephone manner, with empathy.
- Reliable, structured, and independent working style.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- A positive attitude toward providing legal advice and representation for people with a migration background.
- Interest in working at a highly digitalized legal tech law firm.
- Ideally, a completed university degree.
