Account Manager

• Portfolio/focus client development & new customer acquisition: Manage and commercially develop our focus clients — especially in the insurance sector — and additionally target the acquisition of new clients for IT services related to custom software development.
• Projects & collaboration: Work closely with project leads during project delivery to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
• Market: Actively shape market development through events and collaboration with our business units.
• Account & orchestration: Plan, steer, and execute activities for customer development by creating an account roadmap. Orchestrate customer activities both internally across our business units and with external stakeholders at the client.
• Contracts & tenders: Negotiate contracts, framework agreements, and tenders across different business models (service contract / fixed-price contract).

Key Account Manager – Insurance

• Account development for existing/focus customers & new client acquisition: Sales management and further development of our focus customers—particularly in the retail environment—as well as targeted acquisition of new clients for IT services around bespoke software development.
• Projects & collaboration: Close cooperation with project owners during project delivery to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Market: Actively shape market development through events and collaboration with our business units.
• Account & orchestration: Plan, control and implement activities for customer development by creating an account roadmap. Orchestrate customer-related activities internally across our business units and with external stakeholders at the client.
• Contracts & tenders: Negotiate contracts, framework agreements and tenders across different commercial models (service contract / fixed-price contract).

Account Manager, Retail

• Du betreust unsere Kunden bei diversen IT-Projekten.
• Du analysierst die bestehenden Anforderungen, berätst die Kunden gemeinsam mit unserem Consulting Team und steuerst die Umsetzung aller Vertriebsaktivitäten.
• Vom Erstgespräch und der Qualifizierung der Anforderungen bei Bestandskunden und bei Neukunden bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss mit dem besonderen Augenmerk auf Zufriedenheit aller Stakeholder beim Kunden.
• Auf dieser Basis stellst du klar den Nutzen unseres Service-Portfolios für die Herausforderungen beim Kunden heraus.
• Bestands-/Fokuskundenentwicklung & Neukundenakquise: Vertriebliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Fokuskunden – insbesondere im Manufacturing Umfeld – sowie ergänzend die gezielte Akquise neuer Kunden für IT-Dienstleistungen rund um individuelle Softwareentwicklung.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektverantwortlichen in der Projektumsetzung zur Sicherstellung maximaler Kundenzufriedenheit.
• Aktive Gestaltung der Marktentwicklung durch Events und Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Geschäftsbereichen.
• Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Aktivitäten zur Kundenentwicklung durch die Entwicklung einer Account Roadmap.
• Orchestrierung der Kundenaktivitäten sowohl intern in unseren Geschäftsbereichen als auch mit externen Stakeholdern beim Kunden.
• Verhandlung von Verträgen, Rahmenverträgen und Ausschreibungen in unterschiedlichen Geschäftsmodellen (Dienstvertrag/Werkvertrag).
