About the role
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
- Conduct business process assessments and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications to align with client requirements.
- Attend workshops and training sessions to educate clients and end-users on Dynamics 365 functionality.
- Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing Dynamics 365 to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and data migrations.
- Perform system testing, quality assurance, and issue resolution.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
- Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 updates, features, and industry trends.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including scoping, proposal development, and client presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Certified in Dynamics 365 or related Microsoft certifications preferred.
- 5-7+ years of experience in functional consulting for Dynamics 365.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 applications, including, Sales, Customer Service, and other relevant modules.
- Proven experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
- Excellent communication, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Exposure to Agile Methodologies
- Experience in creating High-Level Design docs, Solution Design docs, Fit Gap Analysis
