About the role

  • Be responsible for new business activities including supporting sales planning, prospecting, qualifying leads, product demonstrations and tender/proposal preparation
  • Identify and engage prospective customers within target sectors (insurance, repair, property, and related industries) on a structured and planned basis
  • Follow up on leads, maintain a robust sales pipeline in Codafication's CRM, and report on progress and conversion rates to Leadership
  • Support pre go-live activities by assisting customers and internal teams during onboarding and transition stages
  • Liaise with customers to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout project delivery
  • Collaborate with Product, Project and Customer Success Teams to help drive product innovation, utilisation and satisfaction across the customer base
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience across products and services, feeding insights back into internal teams to support continuous improvement
  • Monitor relevant industry trends, including regulatory and market developments, and translate these insights into actionable recommendations for customers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B account management, preferably within the insurance or software industry
  • Proven experience managing customer relationships and delivering commercial outcomes in a product or SaaS environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence in managing renewals, proposals, and negotiations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and the insurance claim process
  • Highly organised with experience managing multiple clients and priorities
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is required for effective pipeline management.
