About the role
- Own and execute the company's sales strategy
- Achieve annual ARR targets and pipeline
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing revenue organization
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success
- Define, optimize, and manage the end-to-end sales process
- Coach and mentor senior leaders and frontline managers
Requirements
- Demonstrated second-line leadership experience leading strategic sales and marketing organizations
- Extensive experience selling into core target markets
- Strong background executing land-and-expand sales motions
- Ability to drive bottom-up and top-down adoption
- Progressive experience in software sales leadership, preferably in developer tools, DevOps, or open-source ecosystems
- Proven success partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership
- Recognized for integrity, initiative, and principled leadership
- Highly adaptable, professional, and self-motivated
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
