About the role
- Lead and manage the full Payment Enablement function across Payin, Payout, Codashop, and Distribution
- Manage multiple supervisors and teams across regions, aligning objectives with company strategy
- Ensure delivery excellence for merchant integrations and operational readiness
- Define departmental priorities, allocate resources, and manage budgets
- Partner with senior management and product leaders on roadmaps and product launches
- Act as primary representative in merchant discussions and technical planning
- Serve as final escalation point for high‑impact technical integrations and incidents
- Oversee recruitment, career development, performance reviews, and succession planning
- Lead automation, tooling, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Track and improve performance metrics, partner and merchant satisfaction
Requirements
- 5+ years in payment systems, integration leadership, or technical program management
- Proven experience leading multi‑layered teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong strategic planning, resource allocation, and budget management skills
- Ability to influence across departments and work with senior stakeholders
- Mandarin and English language proficiency
