Account Executive

• Build the sales function from the ground up in an early-stage, entrepreneurial environment
• Start in SDR mode during the first 1–2 weeks
• Prospect and generate leads
• Run cold outbound outreach
• Book appointments for the client
• Maintain relationships with prospects through the pre-demo stage
• Shadow the client on demos to learn the product, sales process, and customer types
• Transition into full end-to-end sales ownership after the ramp-up period
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing
• Help refine messaging and iterate on outreach
• Support ICP discovery
• Contribute to testing and improving sales processes and strategies
