About the role
- Build and maintain a strong network of hearing care professionals and ENT (ear, nose and throat) physicians
- Develop and implement measures to increase referrals of potential cochlear implant (CI) candidates
- Support the identification of suitable patients for CI treatment
- Promote brand preference for Cochlear through targeted communication and training
- Contribute to strategic projects, product launches and professional events
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Clinic Account Management, Training & Education)
- Support the ongoing care of existing CI recipients with new technologies
Requirements
- Field sales experience (minimum 3–5 years), ideally in hearing care/audiology or medical technology
- Strong communication skills and confident presentation abilities
- Strategic thinking and high self-motivation
- Knowledge of the German hearing healthcare market
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and a data-driven working style
- Fluent German and good English
