About the role

  • Build and maintain a strong network of hearing care professionals and ENT (ear, nose and throat) physicians
  • Develop and implement measures to increase referrals of potential cochlear implant (CI) candidates
  • Support the identification of suitable patients for CI treatment
  • Promote brand preference for Cochlear through targeted communication and training
  • Contribute to strategic projects, product launches and professional events
  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Clinic Account Management, Training & Education)
  • Support the ongoing care of existing CI recipients with new technologies

Requirements

  • Field sales experience (minimum 3–5 years), ideally in hearing care/audiology or medical technology
  • Strong communication skills and confident presentation abilities
  • Strategic thinking and high self-motivation
  • Knowledge of the German hearing healthcare market
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and a data-driven working style
  • Fluent German and good English
