About the role

  • Work on admissions processes and benefits management, ensuring legal compliance, data quality, operational efficiency, and support to local HR units, contributing to the excellence of services provided by the SSC.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, from request through integration.
  • Collect, review and validate candidate documents, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies.
  • Register employees in internal systems.
  • Track outstanding documentation and follow up on regularization with candidates and business units.
  • Prepare and organize documents for hiring processes and onboarding activities.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of corporate benefits.
  • Import, validate and reconcile transactions in third-party systems (e.g., payroll-deductible loans, pharmacy programs, health and wellness programs).
  • Execute blocks, unblocks and registration adjustments according to each benefit’s rules.
  • Monitor transactions and parameter settings in portals and systems related to benefits.
  • Ensure correct reporting of admissions and benefits information to e-Social.
  • Generate, transmit, analyze and validate mandatory events, acting to correct inconsistencies.
  • Import and validate payroll entries related to benefits and admissions.
  • Interpret, analyze and respond to inquiries/tickets from the SSC Local HR, Labor and other internal areas.
  • Provide support to local teams on questions, processes and related activities.
  • Manage tickets via the IT system, keeping records and controls up to date.
  • Prepare KPIs and performance reports for the area.
  • Develop and maintain control spreadsheets.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Shared Services Centers (SSC) or Personnel Administration / Benefits areas.
  • Experience managing insured and non-insured benefits.
  • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Knowledge of SAP (benefits setup/registration).
  • MS Office (especially intermediate/advanced Excel).
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements applicable to benefits.
