About the role
- Develop and execute an on‑premise strategy aligned with company objectives, market conditions, and consumer trends
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to create annual business plans with clear goals, targets, and priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key on‑premise customers, including national accounts, regional chains, and independent operators
- Optimize portfolio and pricing strategies to drive volume, share, and profitability
- Lead and develop the on‑premise sales team, setting clear expectations and ensuring accountability for results
- Identify growth opportunities through market expansion, emerging trends, and new business development
- Oversee promotional and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement
- Manage budgets and performance, taking corrective action as needed to achieve financial targets
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable regulatory requirements
- Represent Coke Northeast in the various Brand Partner Routines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development within beverage or consumer packaged goods
- Deep knowledge of on‑premise channels and customer dynamics
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build high‑performing teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Analytical and strategic mindset with a strong focus on results
- Utilization of Technology and Data to steward channel planning and execution
- Implementing Best Practices across the organization to deliver continuous improvement in all areas of responsibility.
