About the role
- Oversee the end-to-end process of identity creation, modification, and de-provisioning for employees, contractors, and partners.
- Lead the strategy, deployment, and management of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions to enhance security.
- Develop and execute the organization's digital identity roadmap.
- Manage and mentor a team of identity management professionals.
- Ensure IAM processes meet regulatory requirements and audit standards.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for identity management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
- Knowledge acquired through 5 to up to 7 years of relevant work experience
- Technical proficiency in IAM platforms and tools
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM) are a plus.
