About the role

  • Responsible for the strategic development of revenue and profit growth within a specific sub-set of the company
  • Build industry-leading competencies, approaches, and processes by identifying and activating high-potential opportunities
  • Collaborate with the field and customer teams
  • Accountable to deliver the annual Revenue, Rate and Profit plan for CCCI while also creating customer value
  • Lead, coach, & develop a team of RGM Solutions Leads/Sr. Leads
  • Contribute to the multi-year development and vision of the RGM department

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge acquired through 5-7 years’ work experience
  • Strong Project Management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Data management and data manipulation across Microsoft Office suite (Excel) and in-house systems
  • High understanding of Pricing & RGM principles
  • Experience within CPG industry preferred
  • Experience leading teams and managing others preferred
