About the role
- Responsible for the strategic development of revenue and profit growth within a specific sub-set of the company
- Build industry-leading competencies, approaches, and processes by identifying and activating high-potential opportunities
- Collaborate with the field and customer teams
- Accountable to deliver the annual Revenue, Rate and Profit plan for CCCI while also creating customer value
- Lead, coach, & develop a team of RGM Solutions Leads/Sr. Leads
- Contribute to the multi-year development and vision of the RGM department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge acquired through 5-7 years’ work experience
- Strong Project Management and communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
- Data management and data manipulation across Microsoft Office suite (Excel) and in-house systems
- High understanding of Pricing & RGM principles
- Experience within CPG industry preferred
- Experience leading teams and managing others preferred
