About the role
- Manages the full lifecycle recruiting efforts for entry level and early in career positions through onboarding.
- Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with Hiring Managers, 3rd party vendors, as well as local colleges and organizations.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Plays an integral role in training and onboarding of new TA Teammates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
- 1 to up to 3 years of recruiting experience including sourcing and phone screening candidates
- Ability to travel for campus recruiting events during the fall
- Strong critical thinking and emotional intelligence
- High sense of urgency and attention to detail
