About the role

  • Manages the full lifecycle recruiting efforts for entry level and early in career positions through onboarding.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with Hiring Managers, 3rd party vendors, as well as local colleges and organizations.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Plays an integral role in training and onboarding of new TA Teammates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
  • 1 to up to 3 years of recruiting experience including sourcing and phone screening candidates
  • Ability to travel for campus recruiting events during the fall
  • Strong critical thinking and emotional intelligence
  • High sense of urgency and attention to detail
