About the role
- Responsible for inventory and procurement, ordering, and distribution of parts and supplies
- Maintains responsibility for adequate inventory for replenishment of parts
- Works efficiently with technicians, technical managers, parts team, and outside vendors
- Assists with movement of parts from one inventory location to another
- Manages all data with high accuracy including budget line items
- Maintains accurate parts inventory records and conducts weekly audits
- Assists with quality control reviews on outgoing shipments
- Coordinates shipments and maintains shipping records
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to up to 3 years of work experience
- Forklift certified (not a requirement in Union Market)
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- SAP CONA related experience
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Dedication to continuous improvement
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or in team-driven settings
- Basic decision-making and problem-solving skills.
