About the role
- Continuous monitoring of third-party contractor compliance including agreements, insurance certificates, statements of work and contractor (CM) forms
- Report and request documentation from contractors when necessary
- Review, approve and store contractor certificates of insurance
- Develop, implement and manage supply chain risk management software
- Provide training to new managers to support program compliance
- Complete post-work debriefs and track outcomes to identify areas of improvement and win strategies
- Routinely audit program compliance with contractors and internal stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in program efficiency
- Collaborate with Product Supply Department to streamline efficiency and efficacy of vendors
- Manage the coordination, research, promotion, and implementation of improved sourcing programs for contractors / select spend categories
- Develop and implement RFP process for projects over applicable thresholds
- Crosstrain with other members of risk management department
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Business experience required
- Quality driven individual with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including interacting with internal and external contacts
- Proficient PC skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
