About the role
- Collaborate with brand parent companies to identify and influence strategies for growth; communicate those plans to the entire organization; ensure execution, and tracks results
- Develop and communicate commercialization plans, including annual business plans, monthly marketing initiatives, and individual initiative sales and operating plans
- Partner with Region General Managers, Customer Team VPs and Senior Directors to influence and align on Commercial plans; execution strategies, and plans to accelerate growth and profits
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Equipment Services, and other functions to align on Commercial strategies and ensure all processes are in place for execution
- Manage the department’s P&L to ensure adherence to department budget, goals, and full-year targets
- Perform other initiatives and assignments as directed by the Sr Director Channel Commercialization
- Direct, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines; engage and develop teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training; implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus, and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership
Requirements
- 7+ years experience leading a team
- 7+ years experience managing a P&L
- 7+ years leading in Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods industry, and managing the creation and execution of Commercial strategies
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of graphics software preferred
- Proven ability to lead, coach, train and develop a team
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic initiatives and build plans for execution
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage and lead multiple projects
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence senior executives
- Proven experience effectively working directly with field sales and customer teams
- Must be detail oriented and show the ability to manage multiple projects effectively while leading and developing their team
- Bachelor's degree (4 years)
