About the role

  • Deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate product in assigned accounts
  • Organize and maintain back room by stacking and arranging products
  • Ensure neat appearance of all equipment and product in assigned accounts
  • Foster relationship with account personnel and provide superior customer service
  • Maintain safe working environment and quality assurance standards
  • Ensure proper accounting of product, cash, and assets daily
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • self-motivated with a high degree of integrity
  • ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision
  • dependability, initiative, professional demeanor, ability to exercise sound judgment
  • ability to work in a fast-paced continuous lifting environment
  • ability to lift to 75 lbs. repetitively
  • availability to work some weekends and holidays
  • previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management experience strongly preferred
  • ability to obtain CDL permit and pass D.O.T. physical requirements
