About the role
- Leads all activities for remanufacturing operations within a facility, managing P&L and KPI’s
- Identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to optimize performance
- Ensures proper parts management and oversees cycle counts and procurement activities
- Collaborates closely with ROC and LOC leaders to align operational standards and improve service
- Maintains a safe working environment by conducting audits to assess cleanliness
- Manages and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating company goals and engaging teammates
Requirements
- Equivalent years of experience would be acceptable in lieu of formal education
- Valid Driver’s License
- Business, Distribution, Inventory Management experience
- Knowledge about vending, cold carton merchandisers, fountain dispensers, ice machines, tea-coffee-juice-frozen beverage dispensers, and refrigeration; electrical and water filtration systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
