About the role

  • responsible for the execution and promotional efforts within the FSOP accounts in an assigned territory
  • trains, develops, and motivates a team of on-premise sales professionals
  • sets clear performance expectations and provides regular feedback and coaching
  • meets or exceeds gross profit and volume goals
  • manages budgets accordingly
  • communicates cross-functionally with internally and externally to ensure satisfaction and the continuation of successful partnerships with the customer
  • completes and/or reviews the Economic Analysis tool for proposed contractual customers
  • manages the execution of contractual agreements with customers
  • analyzes market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • minimum of one year of work experience, or a minimum of five years of progressive job experience including people, project, or account management
  • prior experience in retail or direct-store-delivery (DSD) sales
  • prior experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry preferred
  • effectively communicates & builds relationships at all organizational levels
  • proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
  • valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance
